REFUNDS

In case the customer has any queries regarding the return of a product, the customer must write to us at support@gifthread.com, a prompt response is assured to such emails. Terms & Conditions for the return of the product are as follows:

• The company will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including color mismatch or exchange for size.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@gifthread.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please include photos so we can address the issue promptly.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.
• All returns are subject to verification by our team.

CANCELLATION

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours, except in extenuating circumstances. Any cancellations accepted after 24 hours will be solely at the discretion of Gift Thread. If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the user's credit card or account.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
